At Custom Mini Mart, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

To maintain product quality standards, returned items must not show signs of use, damage, or alteration caused by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products marked as non-returnable
  • Items damaged through misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective upon arrival
  • Different from the item ordered

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

We will review the claim and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for the return request.
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions before sending any item back.
  4. Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our support team.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or due to our error.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank for additional information.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you require an exchange, please contact us with your order details.
